My Computer MDs Disclaimer

My Computer MDs reserves the right to substitute any equipment for equal or greater value. This may be necessary due to any suppliers or manufactures replacements or equipment changes. The best interest of the Agency will be a priority in the event of any reconfiguration. My Computer MDs will notify the agent of any changes.

Any order is considered customized and cannot be cancelled after equipment is ordered unless approved by an authorized agent of My Computer MDs. This equipment is “new” and carries all Manufacturers’ Warranties and Guaranties. Software licenses are subject to their own agreements and licensing fees. My Computer MDs warranties workmanship for one year (additional warranty is available).

My Computer MDs will include 2 hours of service at no additional charge to connect any existing peripherals onsite at the time of our system installation. Each additional hour will be billed at $100.00 per person hour. My Computer MDs cannot guarantee the compatibility or functionality of any existing equipment, but will make any reasonable and professional attempt to make it compatible.

My Computer MDs offers this information in good faith and reserves the right to correct any typographical errors.
